Here's my story

I grew up in France, in a French-Asian household, inbetween judo lessons and saxo classes & found a strong advantage to my asian heritage. 

I graduated both from Textile engineering and Business school in Lyon and decided to start my career further East. 

Initially looking for my roots, I stayed 10 years in Saigon, calling it home, discovering myself and founding my family.

I spent 7 years working for the French leather institute (CTC). 

There I managed a profit center, 20+ inspectors across SEA (for Carrefour/Marc Jacobs/Burberry).

I built & managed a Footwear testing lab (for ZARA) & spent time on the field auditing factories (for the Sustainable Apparel Coalition & Carrefour global sourcing).

I joined Zalando - kickstarting their BCD project (non-A returned articles) - spent time in the warehouses to work on defect reasons and to audit the BCD clustering.

I also dealt with Brands directly, presenting their Quality KPIs and driving Corrective Action Plans.

The goal was always to make sure that our customers would receive Optimal Quality.

I joined Stichd (Puma) and managed the Quality, Transport & Product compliance teams, always looking for optimal quality - customer satisfaction and in full regulatory compliance. 

I led the Compliance part of Puma going global with F1.

I collaborated closely with BMW and their lifestyle line.

I also briefly led the Sustainability team.
